3. Service is bad. Person is not available to pick call at reception when you require.
4. No quick response even when i informed that water is not coming to my room and we had to checkout in the morning.

I really admire the hospitality of the beautiful people here.
The food, rooms, heating (as we had been here in February) and cleanliness was very good. The location of this place is heavenly.
